Terms of Service

1. Overview

Voble ("the Game", "we", "us") is an on-chain word-guessing game on Solana. Players pay USDC to play and may win USDC prizes from daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboards. Voble is in active development and features may change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use Voble, and legally permitted to play blockchain-based skill games where you reside. You are responsible for following local laws.

3. Wallet & Funds

• You connect a self-custodial Solana wallet. Voble never has access to your private keys or seed phrase.
• You are responsible for your wallet's security and every transaction you sign.
• USDC paid to the Game funds entries and prizes — it is not a deposit, custody, or investment account.

4. Payments & Pricing

• Entry fees and prizes are settled in USDC on Solana.
• Once a game session is created on-chain, the entry fee is non-refundable, regardless of outcome.
• Network fees, RPC issues, and third-party outages are outside our control and do not entitle you to a refund.
• Pricing and prize structures may change at any time without prior notice.

5. Game Rules

• The core game is guessing a 6-letter word in 7 attempts. Other modes (Duel, Arena, Free) have their own rules.
• Game results, scores, and prize distributions are recorded on-chain and publicly verifiable.
• We may modify game modes, scoring, and eligibility rules at any time.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Voble for personal, non-commercial gameplay. You may not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell the Game; build a competing product from our code, branding, or assets; or scrape data and APIs without permission.

Voble is built on open-source technologies (Next.js, @solana/kit, Tailwind CSS, Anchor, and others), which remain governed by their respective licenses. The Voble smart contract is publicly verifiable on Solana, but on-chain transparency does not grant rights to the off-chain frontend or branding.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or AI assistants to play
• Exploit bugs in the smart contract or frontend
• Manipulate leaderboards, scores, or prize outcomes
• Use multiple wallets to game referral or prize rules
• Interfere with the Game or other players' experience

Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of unclaimed prizes, and removal of leaderboard entries.

8. Privacy

How we handle player data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or the continued availability of any feature. We make no representations about the Solana network, RPC providers, or any third-party service the Game depends on.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voble and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of funds, prizes, or fluctuations in the value of digital assets — arising from your use of the Game.

10. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms at any time; material changes will be announced in the Game. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, abuse, or fraud. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited as a result.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction of Voble (Indonesia). Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
