Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what Voble ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Game you agree to these practices and our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

a. Wallet

We collect your public wallet address when you connect a Solana wallet. We never request, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrase. Voble does not require an email, password, or username.

b. Gameplay & Transactions

  • USDC transactions tied to entries, prizes, and referrals
  • Game results — guesses, scores, time taken, and win/loss
  • Leaderboard rankings and prize eligibility
  • Referral relationships between wallets

c. Usage & Activity

  • IP address and approximate region
  • Browser, device, and operating system
  • API request timestamps and rate-limit metadata
  • Error logs

d. Local Storage

Stored in your browser to make the Game work — not transmitted to us:

  • Temporary session keypair for privacy-preserving gameplay
  • TEE authentication tokens (with expiration)
  • Game timestamps and UI preferences
  • Wallet connection state

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Operate the Game and process USDC transactions
  • Maintain leaderboards and player statistics
  • Process referral and lucky draw rewards
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and rule violations
  • Provide support when you contact us

We do not sell your data.

3. On-Chain Data

Game results, scores, USDC transactions, and leaderboard entries are recorded on the Solana blockchain. On-chain data is public, immutable, and cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics. We use minimal local storage (see section 1d) and standard server logs for security and debugging.

5. Sharing of Data

We share data only with:

  • The Solana blockchain — on-chain transactions are public by nature
  • Solana RPC providers — to broadcast and read transactions
  • MagicBlock — for privacy-preserving gameplay on Ephemeral Rollups
  • Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and logging
  • Legal authorities — when required by valid legal process

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties.

6. Data Retention

Off-chain data is kept for as long as it is needed to operate the Game. You can permanently delete your off-chain profile by closing your account in-app — this removes your stats, game history, free-game sessions, and referral balances. On-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.

7. Security

We enforce HTTPS, rate limiting on API endpoints, and cryptographic signature verification on sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, and you remain responsible for the security of your wallet and device.

8. Your Rights

  • Request a copy of the off-chain data we hold about your wallet
  • Permanently delete your off-chain profile via the in-app account-close feature, or by emailing us
  • Disconnect your wallet and stop using the Game at any time

On-chain data cannot be modified or deleted on request.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Game. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
